CHOPPING BLOCK is ON HIATUS... FOR NOW.

Over the couple of weeks break I've recently taken, I've reached an important (to me, at least) conclusion: I'm not quitting Chopping Block. I'm just not ready to walk away yet.

I'm going to continue to take some time, and hopefully by the end of the summer I'll be ready to go full steam again. Plus I've got some ideas for different angles that should prove to be interesting. I'd like to thank everyone for their support and encouragement during this, my latest confrontation with my own webtooning mortality.

In the meantime, to help fund my trip to COMICON in San Diego this month, I've decided to part with two original CBs that are very important to me. The first two that I ever did. I've got them up on eBay right now, starting at $50.00 each (plus shipping & handling). I'm only accepting PayPal payments on them, due to the short time I have before leaving for California. The auction on these is set to end on Friday, July 9 2004.

CB#1: July 25, 2000 (Carpal Tunnel Syndrome)

CB#2: July 28, 2000 (Damn HMO!)

I may add one or two other items there soon. If there's a particular original you'd like be to put up for auction (or that you'd like to purchase outright for $50.00), please just let me know at lee@altbrand.com. I've sold a fair number of originals already, so just ask me if the one you want is still available. Likewise, if you'd just like to slip me a shiv, er, a donation via PayPal, you can click the tip jar to the left!

Thanks again to everyone who's written to me with such kindness and encouragement. It means a great deal to me to know you care, and that you still have a hunger for more Butch. I hope I can do right by you.
